Read what people had to say about last year’s conference:
“The' buzz' was energising, and the calibre of the presentations was outstanding. I don't know who put together the programme, but they did a really amazing job! I made several contacts and we have since been in constructive conversation about potential collaboration, which is always a great outcome.”
Lorraine Gailey – Hearing Partners
“What's been great to see in person at the conference, is the culture and atmosphere of cohesion and collaboration. What has been created is a community of creators, thinkers, co-designers, innovators, doers, and disrupters, with a common goal and a shared vision to make the UK the gold standard for healthy ageing and older adult wellbeing, and then share that globally. It's incredible.”
Ben Wilkins – CEO of Good Boost

“We found it incredibly useful to share our methods and approaches and to get feedback from others working across sectors and with varied experiences. The conference enabled us to reflect on our own practices and to distinguish them from other approaches to identify the areas in which we have a distinct contribution to make.”
Helen Manchester - Professor of Participatory Sociodigital Futures at the University of Bristol
“For our forthcoming retail impact project at the ILC, Healthy Ageing 2022 was an invaluable resource. The insight I gained from the varied range of expert speakers and the many opportunities to network throughout the day meant many wonderful pages of wonderful ideas and contacts in my “to follow up” notebook!”
Ailsa Forbes – Research Fellow at the International Longevity Centre (ILC) and Project Lead for the Retail Impact Project
